At the time I originally contacted Teresa, I was living several states away in the deep South, Mississippi to be exact. I contacted her by phone and informed her of my particular situation and intent, which was to relocate to Pahrump. We had a couple of months head start to work with. I gave her my budget, conditions, and criteria and she dove right in head first to work searching for my home. We kept in close contact almost on a daily basis and via email, sorting through a long list of possibilities. For the time I showed up in person, and only having three days to get the job done, upon my arrival she had narrowed this list to a small handful of prime possibilities. Teresa has been wonderful in our home buying process. We are relocating from Pennsylvania to Nevada which makes the process more challenging but Teresa has been our advocate every step of the way. Teresa was professional, helpful and exceeded my expectations even before we met. We traveled to Nevada and she made herself available to show us the properties we were interested in, answered all of our questions, provides us with advice and explained the process. While we waited for our offer to be accepted she kept us up to date and everything, and has addressed all of our questions and concerns during the home inspection process.

I can’t explain just how frustrating the process of simply getting information about a property was until we connected with Teresa.
